terms and conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable in the use of services provided by www.emc-usedphones.com. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, then you may not use or access our services.

ELIGIBLE USERS
Our services are eligible to any person(s) over 18 years of age. Minors (children under 18 years old) are welcome to visit our site with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian, however we ask the minors do not attempt to submit any orders.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based upon the weight and destination of your order. UK deliveries are charged at a rate of £10.00 up to 10kg and 26p per kilo thereafter. International air freight shipping is charged depending on the weight / insurance and destination. Alternatively deliveries can be made or collected by your chosen international shipper. Vat is not chargeable on any goods being exported.

WARRANTY
Three months warranty is provided on full tested equipment. Level one power up tested equipment does not have any warranty other than power up. Any level one problems should be registered with EMC with 24 hours of delivery.

ORDERING
EMC aim to confirm your order within 24 hours. Accepting your order does not guarantee dispatch. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received or authorised. Payment can be made via, cash, telegraphic transfer, or credit card. There are no surcharges for credit card payment, and all major cards accepted. In the event of a fraudulent or attempted fraudulent transaction, EMC reserve the right to recover all goods and expenses associated with the recovery or appointed recovery company/agency.

EMC also reserves the right to report all details and contact information to the official agency or authority in this or any other country without conference or recourse should we have any reason to question the authenticity of any transaction.

INSURANCE
Equipment dispatched to UK addresses is covered by our standard replacement insurance. Additional insurance cover can be provided for export stock. Please contact our sales team for more information on +44 (0) 1283 516259.

LAW AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Our terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

GENERAL
If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You agree that this agreement and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by EMC, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
